Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Plano West - Frisco By Ihg, Plano

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was not cleaned after our first night, but it had a comfortable chair and footstool for relaxing. The large gap between the door and frame was a bit off-putting. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering to move our vehicle for a better parking spot. The location was convenient for shopping and very close to key destinations, although it was hard to avoid the tollway. The breakfast was excellent in variety and value. Overall, a decent stay with some areas to improve.

The hotel's rooms were really nice and very clean, with comfortable beds, a mini fridge, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker. The service was friendly and helpful, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry options. The location was great for getting to where I needed to go, being close to some shopping areas and within walking distance to downtown Dallas. The dining experience, while lacking compared to some other hotels, was still good and included some sweet biscuits. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and good value for the money.
